How do I add a new guest?

Go to Shop → Members and click "Invite". Enter the email address and choose a role. The guest receives an invitation email and can register.

How do I create a dive day?

Under Shop → Dive Days you'll find the "New Dive Day" button. You can set the date, boat, weather, and status. Then you can add individual dives for that day.

How do I upload photos?

Photos can be uploaded per dive in the Guide area. Select a dive and click "Photos". You can add a watermark and set how long photos are visible to guests.

How do I change my profile and units?

Click your avatar top right → Profile. There you can manage personal data, unit system (Metric/Imperial), privacy settings, and certifications.

What happens to my data when I cancel?

After cancellation all personal data is deleted within 30 days. Photos are removed immediately after the retention period. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I use Surfacelog on my smartphone?

Yes, Surfacelog is fully responsive and works in the browser on smartphone, tablet, and desktop. A native app is in the works.
